Girl in stolen vehicle reunited with parents

She is described as about three-feet tall with black shoulder length hair and brown eyes.

Police said the vehicle may have been abandoned when the child was discovered inside and are concerned for her safety. She was last seen wearing a red jacket, pink trousers and a white hat.

Friday morning's Amber Alert, which lasted almost three hours, found a happy resolution, when the missing child and stolen vehicle were located in Division 12.
