Butterbean vs. Tank Abbott, DMX vs. Eric Martinez Set for Alabama Pride Event in December

Thunder Promotions recently announced that Alabama Pride: Butterbean vs. Tank Abbott is set to take place on December 12 at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, Alabama.
Headlining the event is a heavyweight match-up between Butterbean and Tank Abbott.
Butterbean is a former professional boxing champion. He currently has a mixed martial arts record of 13-7-1.
Ther 41-year old Butterbean recently ended his three-fight losing streak by defeating Tom Howard by first-round submission at the Extreme Cage Fighting event in September.
Abbott, 44 years of age, is a UFC veteran who once competed for the organization’s heavweight title. He holds a record of 10-14.
He last fought at the Valentine’s Eve Massacre event this past February, defeating Mike Bourke via knockout in just 29 seconds. Abbott lost four consecutive fights prior to the victory.
Thunder Promotions also announced a celebrity fight between rapper DMX and musician Eric Martinez.
